Stamped Concrete for Outdoors
Stamped concrete is an innovative solution with a significant aesthetic impact, featuring decorated surfaces that faithfully recreate the beauty of traditional coverings. This solution combines superior performance with notably reduced costs and completion times.
One of the main advantages of using stamped concrete for outdoor applications is the ability to choose from a wide range of designs and coloring techniques. You can achieve endless shades and hues that will make your pavement unique and completely customizable. Options include various effects such as rock, ceramic, porphyry, stone, wood, and much more.
Driveable Printed Concrete Flooring
Advantages:
Durability:
- The powder mixture has undergone specific testing for concrete flooring, complying with UNI standards.
- Wear from heavy traffic is virtually non-existent.
- Colors maintain their stability over time, preserving the original appearance.
- Dry expansion joints prevent damage or cracking over time.
- The resistance and color combinations are exceptional for driveable printed concrete floors.
- Adhesion and safety are guaranteed.
Maintenance:
- The flooring is resistant to motor oil penetration.
- Moss does not adhere, avoiding unpleasant appearances and slip hazards.
- The flooring prevents weed growth and has no joints.
Cost-effective:
- The thickness of the concrete reduces the need for structural thicknesses, leading to lower leveling costs, especially in urban areas where it would disturb residents.

How Stamped Concrete is Made
1. Preparation of the Substrate: Ensure the ground is stable and leveled to provide a solid base for the concrete.
2. Pouring and Leveling the Concrete: Pour the concrete mix into the prepared area and level it out to achieve an even surface.
3. Application and Incorporation of Colour Hardener: Apply a colour hardener to the surface to add color and increase durability.
4. Screeding: Smooth out the surface of the concrete to prepare it for stamping.
5. Application of Power Release Agent: Use a release agent to prevent the stamp mats from sticking to the concrete.
6. Stamping: Press the stamping mats into the concrete to create the desired texture and design.
7. Washing: Clean the surface to remove any residue from the release agent.
8. Application of the Resin: Finish with a protective resin coat to enhance durability and protect the surface.
