Non-Slip Concrete Ramps
Herringbone ramps
Our anti-slip concrete ramps with a herringbone finish offer numerous advantages, including improved water drainage and increased structural resistance. This solution involves the application of a special premixed mortar with quartz and cement, dosed at 10-12 kg/m², onto a fresh concrete slab. The herringbone pattern is then created by hand using specialized tools such as gauges, templates, and trowels. Herringbone ramps are available in various colors to achieve a stunning aesthetic result.
THE ADVANTAGES
Concrete garage ramp.
-
Anti-Slip Finish
-
Our flooring is available with herringbone or comb finishes, tailored to specific traffic needs, both vehicular and pedestrian.
-
**Resistance to Thermal Shock**
-
Our floors are designed to withstand thermal shocks, with a reference exposure class of XF3, which implies a water/cement ratio of less than 0.50.
-
**Water Infiltration Waterproofing**
-
Our concrete garage ramps are made with low porosity and a suitable slope to ensure effective drainage of water towards the channels, making them impermeable to water infiltration.
Ramps with Brushed Finish
After the concrete screed is completed, a wear layer is applied to the still fresh surface, which is then finished using a broom with stiff bristles. This procedure allows us to 'scratch' the surface layer of the concrete, giving it a high slip resistance, making it anti-slip and safe.
